ABEC vs RBEC, P4A & special precision classes
A similar-looking class name does not guarantee an identical tolerance scope.

What to check
Ball versus roller bearings
ABEC and RBEC terminology is not a licence to copy a ball-bearing mapping onto every roller, thrust or tapered design. Check the standard and bearing type.
Dimensional versus running accuracy
Special precision specifications may combine dimensional and running tolerances from different classes. The P4A suffix is kept intact rather than reduced to a generic ABEC 7 label.
Ball grade is a different property
A ball grade such as G10 describes rolling-element quality, not the tolerance class of the complete assembled bearing. Do not promote a ball grade into an ABEC claim.

ABEC rating chart: ABEC 1, 3, 5, 7 & 9
ABEC is a tolerance classification for ball bearings. Higher standard class numbers indicate tighter specified tolerance limits, not a universal rating of durability or speed.
