Special-size bicycle bearings: 15267, 17287, 18307, 2437 & 6805N
15267, 17287, 18307 and 2437 refer here to documented Enduro product families with different nominal dimensions. MR 15267 is 15×26×7 mm; MR 17287 is 17×28×7 mm; MR 18307 is 18×30×7 mm; MR 2437 is 24×37×7 mm. Choose a complete designation, not only the size: steel, ceramic-hybrid, stainless, MAX and angular-contact variants are not automatically interchangeable.

Size-to-model answer: do not drop the units
These are manufacturer-recorded metric dimensions, not a rule for decoding every five-digit bearing number. If the original measurement was in inches, do not use this millimetre chart unchanged. The dimension lookup provides explicit unit selection.

| Size in mm | Documented family | Important distinction |
|---|---|---|
| 15×26×7 | MR 15267 | 6902 has a different outside diameter. |
| 17×28×7 | MR 17287 | 6902 has a different bore. |
| 18×30×7 | MR 18307 | Standard 6903 has a 17 mm bore. |
| 24×37×7 | MR 2437 / SMR 2437 / SMRA 2437 | Radial, stainless and angular-contact are separate variants. |
| 25×37×6 | CXD 6805N LLB | 6805 LLB is 7 mm wide, not 6 mm. |
15267 / 15×26×7 mm: steel, MAX and ceramic-hybrid variants
All rows below identify Enduro products. A missing field is deliberately not supplied from a neighbouring variant.

| Model | d×D×B | Type | Precision | Clearance | Seals | Static load | Mass |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MR 15267 LLB | 15×26×7 mm | Radial ball | ABEC-3 | C3 | LLB | 1.73 kN | 11.2 g |
| MR 15267 LLU MAX | 15×26×7 mm | MAX radial suspension | Not resolved | Not stated | LLU | 3.04 kN | 11.2 g |
| CO MR 15267 LLB | 15×26×7 mm | Radial ceramic hybrid | ABEC-5 | CN | LLB | 1.67 kN | 10.76 g |
| CXD MR 15267 LLB | 15×26×7 mm | Radial ceramic hybrid | ABEC-5 | CN | LLB | 1.67 kN | 11.19 g |
17287 / 17×28×7 mm: retain CN or C3
The steel LLB record states C3. The two ceramic-hybrid records selected here state CN. Do not transfer clearance from one to the other because their external sizes match.

| Model | d×D×B | Type | Precision | Clearance | Seals | Static load | Mass |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MR 17287 LLB | 17×28×7 mm | Radial ball | ABEC-3 | C3 | LLB | 2.17 kN | 13.6 g |
| CO MR 17287 LLB | 17×28×7 mm | Radial ceramic hybrid | ABEC-5 | CN | LLB | 2.17 kN | 13 g |
| CXD MR 17287 LLB | 17×28×7 mm | Radial ceramic hybrid | ABEC-5 | CN | LLB | 2.17 kN | 10.76 g |
18307 / 18×30×7 mm: not a universal 6903 replacement
A standard 6903 LLB in the same manufacturer catalogue measures 17×30×7 mm. MR 18307 has a 1 mm larger bore. Enduro notes particular hub uses involving a 6903 marking, but that does not establish a general 6903 interchange or identify every hub model. Verify the actual bore and assembly.
MR 18307 LLB precision is withheld because its source heading and description heading disagree between ABEC-3 and ABEC-5. Dimensions, C3, LLB, static load and mass are separately recorded; the disputed precision is not guessed.

| Model | d×D×B | Type | Precision | Clearance | Seals | Static load | Mass |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MR 18307 LLB | 18×30×7 mm | Radial ball | Not resolved | C3 | LLB | 2.56 kN | 15.1 g |
| CO MR 18307 LLB | 18×30×7 mm | Radial ceramic hybrid | ABEC-5 | CN | LLB | 2.56 kN | 13.1 g |
| CXD MR 18307 LLB | 18×30×7 mm | Radial ceramic hybrid | ABEC-5 | CN | LLB | 2.56 kN | 12.88 g |
2437 / 24×37×7 mm: radial, stainless and angular-contact
SMR 2437 LLB uses stainless-steel rolling contacts; SMRA 2437 LLB is the angular-contact record. A change in contact arrangement requires the correct orientation and adjustment for the assembly. It is not just a material upgrade.
MR 2437 LLB is listed with inconsistent lbf and kN static-load values. BearingScope withholds that rating rather than silently choosing or correcting one. The other table rows keep their own published ratings.

6805N / 25×37×6 mm: width matters
The recorded CXD 6805N LLB is a 6 mm-wide ceramic-hybrid bearing. The 6805 LLB record is 25×37×7 mm. A 1 mm width difference changes the axial stack; the family number alone does not authorize substitution.

What steel, stainless and ceramic mean in these records
A material label alone does not establish life, drag, speed, corrosion performance in a particular environment or compatibility with a hub. This chart records construction, not an independently tested performance ranking.

| Variant prefix / example | Rolling contacts | Do not infer |
|---|---|---|
| CO / Enduro Zero | Silicon-nitride balls with black-oxide-treated 52100 steel races | Not an all-ceramic bearing. |
| CXD / XD15 hybrid | Silicon-nitride balls with nitrogen-steel XD15 races | Not the same race material as CO. |
| SMR 2437 / SMRA 2437 | 440C stainless-steel balls and races | Stainless is not ceramic; contact arrangement still differs. |
| MR steel / MAX examples | Steel rolling-contact design | Do not infer a ceramic variant or universal precision from size. |
2RS, LLB, SKF and equivalents: what is actually established?
The manufacturer headings, product description and identification fields are compared during review. Conflicting SEO metadata, image captions and technical fields are retained as review notes, not used to fill gaps. Sources were checked on 2 October 2026.

| Query | Answer boundary |
|---|---|
| 15267 / 17287 / 18307 2RS | The verified records use LLB or LLU markings. A general two-seal description is not evidence of an exact 2RS SKU or identical seal geometry. |
| 15267 / 17287 / 18307 / 2437 SKF | No official SKF relationship has been established by these Enduro pages. Keep the requested brand unresolved. |
| 24377 RS or 18307 LBLU | Do not silently rewrite a questionable marking into another designation; obtain the original inscription or drawing. |
| A matching bike brand | Identify model, year, hub, axle and bearing position before claiming compatibility. |
What the evidence can — and cannot — tell you
| Observation or context | Interpretation to consider | Verification needed |
|---|---|---|
| A compact size such as 15x26x7 | Confirm that the dimensions are millimetres | Read bore × outside diameter × axial width; an unlabelled query does not establish units. |
| A basic code such as 18307 | Preserve prefix and every suffix | Read the original part, hub and assembly reference. |
| Two identical envelopes | Only a dimensional match | Compare contact arrangement, clearance, seals and installation requirements. |
A practical investigation sequence
Identify and record
Record the bearing brand, full marking, hub or bottom-bracket model and bearing position.
Check the context
Confirm units and measure bore, outside diameter and both ring widths; identify any sleeve, flange or extended ring.
Verify before acting
Compare the exact variant below, including construction, clearance, seal code and material.
Keep the decision traceable
Retain assembly-specific installation and fitment requirements; do not approve a replacement from dimensions alone.
Capture the information a model search cannot guess
Keep this checklist with your inspection or comparison. Checking a box only records that you have collected the item; it does not certify the bearing.
