Enduro bearing reference: 6802, 6803, 6805, 6902, 6903, MAX & ceramic
Start an Enduro bearing lookup with the full designation and component position. A rotating hub, suspension pivot and bottom bracket can use the same external size but need different internal construction. The tables below compare verified Enduro dimensions and variants, then explain LLB/LLU/VV seals, CN/C3 clearance, ABEC precision and ceramic-hybrid materials without a sales recommendation.

6802, 6803, 6805, 6902 and 6903: manufacturer-specific records
Values belong to the exact Enduro records shown. Keep the complete suffix when using the broader model charts for other brands. The 6805 product heading and body agree on 37 mm OD; an inconsistent image caption is not used as a dimension source.

| Model | d×D×B | Type | Precision | Clearance | Seals | Static load | Mass |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6802 LLB | 15×24×5 mm | Radial ball | ABEC-3 | C3 | LLB | 1.26 kN | 6.7 g |
| 6803 LLB C3 | 17×26×5 mm | Radial ball | ABEC-3 | C3 | LLB | 1.23 kN | 7.3 g |
| 6805 LLB | 25×37×7 mm | Radial ball | ABEC-3 | C3 | LLB | 2.63 kN | 20.5 g |
| 6902 LLB | 15×28×7 mm | Radial ball | ABEC-3 | C3 | LLB | 2.48 kN | 15.7 g |
| 6903 LLB | 17×30×7 mm | Radial ball | ABEC-3 | C3 | LLB | 2.55 kN | 17.1 g |
6902 variants: same basic number, different technical choices
The 6902 LLU MAX-E width is printed as 7/10 mm because the inner ring is extended. It must not be reduced to a plain 7 mm envelope in a replacement decision.
Static load and mass are manufacturer fields, not a speed or fatigue-life test. The table supplies no missing dynamic rating or limiting speed, and does not calculate a service life from static load.

Are Enduro MAX bearings suitable for hubs?
MAX records describe a high-ball-count construction developed for suspension pivots. The 6902 LLU MAX record specifies an extra-ball arrangement loaded through a race filling slot, LLU seals and Almagard grease. The regular 6902 LLB record is a separate rotating-hub reference.
Do not choose MAX for a hub merely because it has a higher static number. Continuous rotation, required speed, drag, retention and hub instructions must support the choice. Where the hub specification does not approve MAX, retain the specified hub bearing. This is a duty distinction, not a claim that every MAX bearing is unusable in every rotating mechanism.
LLB, LLU, VV, ABEC and C3 are different dimensions of selection
The tables intentionally do not infer an ABEC value for every MAX record. A family-level statement, old photo caption or another brand suffix is not enough. Use the numerical clearance and precision references only within their applicable bearing type and diameter range.

| Marking | Meaning in these manufacturer records | Comparison check |
|---|---|---|
| LLB | Dual-lip labyrinth / light-contact seal descriptions | Preserve the model-specific seal design. |
| LLU | Full-contact dual-lip sealing in the MAX records | Do not infer the same drag or speed as LLB. |
| VV | A lighter-contact seal in CO MR 2437 VV | The source describes less environmental protection than LLB/LLU. |
| ABEC-3 / ABEC-5 | Precision-class information where the individual source states it | Not a material, sealing or clearance class. |
| CN / C3 | Separate internal-clearance labels in the selected records | No one numeric clearance range applies to all sizes and constructions. |
| MAX / MAX-E / BOSL | Construction, ring-extension or lubricant qualifiers | Do not drop them during a model comparison. |
Enduro Zero vs XD15: compare the rings as well as the balls
Both named ceramic products are hybrids: the rings are not ceramic. A ceramic keyword therefore needs a ring-material field, not just a yes/no label. Compare the complete bearing rather than mixing the seal or clearance from one variant with the material of another.
This reference has not independently measured watt savings, service life or corrosion endurance. Manufacturer performance language is not presented as a BearingScope test result. An any-good or review enquiry still needs a defined use case and comparable test evidence.

| Example | Balls | Races | Recorded precision / clearance |
|---|---|---|---|
| CO 6902 LLB BO | Silicon nitride | Black-oxide-treated 52100 steel | ABEC-5 / CN |

| 6902 LLB | Steel rolling contacts | Steel radial design | ABEC-3 / C3 |
Grease and Solid Lube: recorded fill is not a universal service instruction
The pages use a 90% factory-fill description for several conventional variants. Do not convert that marketing/product description into a universal workshop fill ratio. Seals, grease type, cleaning restrictions and assembly service procedures still apply. The source spelling NGLI in several descriptions is normalized here to the NLGI grade label, without inventing an unlisted lubricant product.

| Record | Published lubrication description | Service boundary |
|---|---|---|
| 6802 LLB / 6803 LLB C3 / 6805 LLB | Mobilux NLGI 2 description in the product pages | Exact compatibility and serviceability still need the component and lubricant instructions. |
| 6902 LLU MAX / MR 15267 LLU MAX | Almagard grease | Pivot fill is not automatically the prescription for a hub. |
| CXD 6902 LLB | Kluber NBU52 grease | A product fill description is not a mixing or relubrication approval. |
| 6902 LLU MAX BOSL | Lubricant-infused polymer instead of conventional grease or oil | Do not clean and repack it as if it were an ordinary grease-filled bearing. |
Brand queries, bicycle model names and unresolved requests
Each table is a bounded technical reference checked on 2 October 2026. It is not a complete inventory or an exact-match result for every keyword containing Enduro. Missing values remain visible so that an attractive but unsupported substitution is not mistaken for a verified answer.

| Request | What still needs separate evidence |
|---|---|
| Specialized Enduro frame bearing kit | Frame model, model year, pivot position and the OEM kit member list. |
| Enduro C4 or SKF Enduro | An exact, supported manufacturer record; no C4 or SKF equivalence is inferred here. |
| 61804, 6806 or a different exact Enduro model | Its own current product record, not a similarly sized row from this selection. |
| Shock needle kit, mast-guide bearing, MAXhit or Torqtite | The specified component, dimensions and installation requirements. |
| BRT-003 / BRT-005 or an 8–25 mm puller | The exact tool manual and supplied adapter range; related tooling examples do not establish it. |
| Best, any good or XD15 review | A stated use case and comparable measured evidence, not a rewritten promotional claim. |
What the evidence can — and cannot — tell you
| Observation or context | Interpretation to consider | Verification needed |
|---|---|---|
| Hub or wheel bearing | Continuous rotation is different from a pivot duty | Keep the actual hub model, axle and position. |
| MAX in the designation | A suspension-oriented construction, not an ABEC class | Do not substitute it into a hub just because the envelope matches. |
| Ceramic / ABEC-5 | Separate material and precision questions | Neither label proves clearance, fitment or measured performance. |
A practical investigation sequence
Identify and record
Identify the bicycle component and its original complete bearing designation.
Check the context
Compare the exact dimensional record and check ring extensions, sleeves and assembly geometry.
Verify before acting
Read construction, seal, clearance, precision and lubrication separately; preserve every qualifier.
Keep the decision traceable
Use the related service and comparison guides with the component instructions; keep unsupported fitment and performance claims unresolved.
Capture the information a model search cannot guess
Keep this checklist with your inspection or comparison. Checking a box only records that you have collected the item; it does not certify the bearing.
