NSK QJ307 dimensions and technical reference
NSK QJ307 is a four-point contact bearing reference with boundary dimensions 35×80×21 mm. The order is bore d × outside diameter D × bearing width B. Use the full marking and construction, not only the base number, when comparing candidates.
Four-point contact and split-ring construction
The family uses a radially split two-piece inner ring, a 35° contact angle and a machined-brass cage. It can support axial loads in either direction. The QJ table reference is not an approval of a particular shaft/housing arrangement or a direct replacement for a conventional single-row angular contact bearing.
Axial ratings — not radial ratings
The catalogue gives Ca = 60.5 kN and C0a = 80 kN. These are axial dynamic and static ratings. For the pure-axial case, Pa = Fa and P0a = Fa. They must not be entered as radial Cr/C0r values or used as a universal combined-load formula.
Reading speed and lubrication data
The source gives a grease limiting speed of 7100 r/min. The oil limiting speed is 9500 r/min. These values are for the stated bearing version, not every cage or closure sharing the same dimensions. Near the limit, assess load, lubricant, temperature and heat removal; a catalogue speed is not a guaranteed continuous-duty speed.
Selection and mounting limits
- The catalogue prints the QJ base designation while its identification example includes cage and clearance codes. Confirm the complete supplied marking; no particular M/C3 or other qualified variant is invented here.
- Combined loads, support arrangement and suitability require a separate application assessment. The pure-axial equations do not verify combined radial/axial duty.
- A rating is a calculation reference, not an allowable load for an unspecified machine. Lubrication, fit, temperature, alignment and operating load still matter.
- This source does not establish machine fitment, replacement approval, a CAD file, friction torque or an installed preload. Missing values remain unstated rather than being copied from a similar model.
